Cars and Culture Track Festival

22 June

Queensland Raceway

Experience a full day of family-friendly, immersive entertainment for all at the first Track Festival of 2024!

There’ll be heaps of high-octane fun on the day, from Cruises and Sprints to Roll Racing and Drags, there’s something for everyone. Off the track, you can expect live entertainment, stunt shows, driving simulators, kids’ entertainment, face painting, food and drink and much more!

Horses to Horsepower Family Fun Day

23 June

Cooneana Heritage Centre

Experience a day of excitement and nostalgia at the Horses to Horsepower Family Fun Day at Cooneana Heritage Centre! This beloved event promises a variety of activities for the whole family, from majestic Clydesdale horses and vintage horse-drawn vehicles to veteran cars and motorcycles.

There will be old-fashioned games to play with the kids, sack races, egg and spoon races, skipping, hoops, croquet and quoits to name a few, and craft activities too!  The Cooneana blacksmiths will be showing off their skills with live demonstrations and the Ridgee Didge Bush Band will be supplying the tunes.

With heritage bus and trackless train rides included in the entry fee, the day promises fun and fascination for everyone.

Queensland Kart Championships

28 – 30 June

Ipswich Motorsport Precinct

Experience all the exhilarating karting action across 12 racing classes as the best drivers from around Australia push their skills to the max to compete for the State Championships.

With qualifying rounds on Friday, heat racing on Saturday and the heart-pumping finals action on Sunday, you won’t want to miss all the fun both on and off the track.
