After receiving the necessary development approvals, site clearing works have officially commenced and will continue throughout August. This marks the beginning of an exciting journey towards creating our vibrant Ripley community. Check out the progress so far below!
We’ve appointed Winslow Constructions as the civil contractor for Amory! With over 30 years of experience delivering exceptional communities, Winslow brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to excellence that aligns perfectly with our vision. We’re confident that, together, we’ll create a community that reflects our shared values of quality and innovation.
The first step of the process has Winslow Constructions busy clearing the site to prepare for the subsequent stages of development. Once the clearing is complete, the team will move on to stripping topsoil, which is a critical part of the bulk earthworks process. This preparation lays the foundation for the infrastructure that will support our future community.
Early earthworks for Stages 1 and 2 will then begin following the topsoil stripping. Given the overwhelming demand in our initial editions, several construction phases will be expedited, meaning multiple phases will commence simultaneously. This approach will ensure that we meet the needs of our future residents more efficiently and continue to build momentum in bringing Amory to life.
