Exciting news! The Ripley Town Centre is about to undergo its next growth phase, delivering even greater amenity to Amory.
Stage 2 will deliver around 10,000m2 of additional retail spaces, complementing those already here. It’s rumoured that a tavern and a second supermarket will be among the first businesses to open their doors!
There’ll also be a new Town Square, where our community can catch up and rest up after a busy day exploring all those shops.
It’s being delivered by Verso Projects, who have big plans for the Ripley Town Centre. According to their website; “Ripley Town Centre is poised to become a central destination for residents and visitors alike, blending retail, residential, and recreational facilities into a vibrant urban environment.”
That sounds pretty exciting to us! But there’s a bit of work to do yet.
Verso Projects will lodge the development application in the next couple of months, and there’s a lot to it. It might take until the end of the year for the application to be approved.
All going well, construction can begin next year, and Stage 2 of the Ripley Town Centre might be completed and open for business as early as 2027!
