As we enter the start of Autumn, construction is moving along at a steady pace with huge milestones being met.
We’re excited to share that the settlements in Stage 1A are officially complete! This marks a significant step forward in the development. Momentum is carrying straight into the next phases, with plan sealing applications approved for Stage 1B and Stages 2A and 5 currently in progress.
Electrical Works
Significant progress has been made, with electrical works set to be complete imminently and site electrical energisation booked in for April. Cable hauling is also underway across all stages, laying the groundwork for a full electrical network system.
Retaining & Landscape
On the ground, the team have been busy closing out all retaining wall works and footpath preparation. As for landscape progress, it’s due to be completed before the end of March, and we’re happy to report that everything is on schedule and progressing as planned.
