Progress continues at Amory, with significant works underway across multiple stages of our Ripley community as we get stuck into 2025!

The construction of retaining walls is progressing across Stages 1B, 2A and 2B, helping to shape the community’s foundations and prepare for the next phases of development.
Subgrade and subbase work on the Green Street / Ripley Road Intersection is now complete, paving the way for the next stage. Kerb, footpath and pavement construction are also now commencing, marking another milestone in delivering safe and accessible roads.
Sewer reticulation works continue in Stage 2B and along Link Road, ensuring essential services are in place to support future residents.
Finally, the Winslow team will continue with the removal of fill material from the site as we refine the landscape for future construction.
