Construction is progressing well across multiple stages of Amory, with steady progress on key infrastructure works both at the entry to the community and throughout Stages 1 and 2.
Kerb and channel installation is now complete on the community’s entry road, and trenching is underway to lay conduits for electrical, communications and gas services. Footpath preparation is also ongoing, with pours scheduled to commence next week.
In Stage 1A, major services are progressing well, with stormwater and water reticulation completed last week. Road crossings have now commenced, while work continues on the retaining walls throughout the stage.
In Stage 1B, sewer reticulation remains ongoing, helping to build out the underground services needed to support future development.
Meanwhile, in Stage 2B, stormwater reticulation is commencing this week and will be followed by the Stage 2A stormwater works. Construction will also begin shortly on the bio basin, which will support stormwater management across the site. The external trunk sewer line is now complete, with only the manhole pits remaining to be poured.
We look forward to sharing more updates as works continue across the site.
