As the year draws to a close, it’s been a milestone month across Amory.
Despite some rather warm weather conditions, civil works have progressed smoothly, with several stages approaching key delivery points.
Before we sign off for 2025, here’s a final construction wrap-up and some important holiday closure information.
Stage 1A
December has delivered some of the most substantial progress for Stage 1A so far. All electrical conduits have now been constructed, and the road prime seal has been booked for early December, marking a major milestone for the stage. Plan sealing and access for valuations will also take place throughout the month. On the ground, pram ramps and footpaths are nearing completion, the final gully pits are being installed, and electrical works following the Link Road are close to wrapping up. Together, these achievements set Stage 1A up for a strong start to 2026.
Stage 1B
Works across Stage 1B have also continued steadily. Kerb and channel construction is now complete, topsoil works have been finalised, and electrical conduits are tracking well and expected to be completed shortly.
Stages 2A & 2B
In Stages 2A and 2B, kerb and channel works have reached completion, and crews will continue installing gully pits throughout December. Footpath construction is scheduled to commence in early December, bringing more visible progress to these stages as we head into the New Year.

Holiday Closure Dates
A reminder of our festive season hours:
The RPM office will close from Friday 19 December to Monday 5 January, while Stephen and the Amory Sales Office (currently temporarily closed) will observe their holiday break from Saturday 20 December to Sunday 4 January.
All enquiries will be responded to once the office reopens on Monday 5 January.
