It has been a fantastic year at Amory, with our community going from strength to strength!
As we approach the end of the year, SIG Group is thrilled to share the incredible progress we’ve made at Amory Ripley.
With construction well underway and our first stages on track for completion in late 2025, we’ve seen an overwhelming response from the community, with all land releases this year selling out in record time. The success of Amory highlights the growing demand for quality living in Ripley, and we’re excited to see this vibrant community come to life.
In terms of construction updates, we’re pleased to report that the removal of excess fill is now complete, with over 130,000 cubic metres removed from the site! Stormwater pipe installation is currently underway at the Green St & Ripley Rd intersection and will continue through to the Christmas shutdown.
Electrical trenching, conduits and road crossing works commenced last week at the Green St & Ripley Rd intersection, with sewer installation scheduled for early next year.
Be sure to keep an eye out for future releases in Ripley’s most sought after estate coming in 2025!
