Amory at Ripley soil turning ceremony – construction officially underway!

Back to News

Exciting news for our future Amory community!

We’re delighted to announce that construction has officially begun at Amory Ripley, with the first soil turned on-site, marking a major milestone in bringing this vibrant new neighbourhood to life.

To celebrate the occasion, we held a soil-turning ceremony on Friday 6 September, attended by key project stakeholders and consultants. It was a proud moment for everyone involved, as we broke ground on what will soon become a community of unlimited possibilities in the heart of the Ripley Valley.

Amory will ultimately deliver over 630 homes across 13 stages, offering a variety of lot sizes to suit everyone from first-home buyers to growing families. Located in prime position within walking distance of the expanding Ripley Town Centre and the proposed train station, Amory is set to become one of the most sought-after communities in the region. Future residents will have access to everything they need, from local shopping and schools to parklands and transport links, all within a stone’s throw of their front door.

The community is already abuzz with anticipation, and we couldn’t be more excited to see Amory take shape. We know this new development will become a place where families can create lasting memories, and we’re honoured to be part of this journey.

For those who have already secured their lots in the early stages, congratulations! You’ve taken the first step towards building your dream home in one of Southeast Queensland’s most promising growth corridors. And for those still looking to join the Amory community, stay tuned—more land releases are on the way, and with demand soaring, now is the perfect time to register your interest.

We can’t wait to keep you updated on our progress as Amory comes to life. From all of us here, thank you for being a part of this exciting new chapter. The future looks bright, and we’re just getting started!
